Standard Contract     

Our Standard Contract covers essential maintenance for lifts, Ideal for clients looking for basic upkeep without extensive coverage.

  • Preventive Maintenance Visits: Quarterly ( 4 times a year) maintenance visits to ensure lift is functionality.
  • Basic Response time: Response within 24hrs for non emergency breakdowns.
  • Minor Repairs Only: Coverage for small repairs and basic parts with limited parts included.
  • Safety check: Annual safety Inspection to ensure compliance with minimal downtime.  
  • 24/7 Emergency Support (call-out charges apply): Access to our call-out engineers in case of lift break downs. 
  • Ideal for: low traffic buildings like small residential apartments or facilities with low lift usage, Where minimal service is sufficient.

Gold Contract

Our Gold contracts  offers a higher level of service for medium usage  environments, The gold contract ensures more frequent maintenance and faster support.

  • Preventive maintenance visit: Bi-monthly (6 visits per year) to maintain optimal function.
  • Priority Response: Response within 12 hrs for non emergency calls.
  • Basic Repairs and parts replacement: Coverage for minor repairs and some standard replacement parts.
  • Detailed safety check: Routine Inspections to comply with safety standard.    
  • 24/7 Emergency Support: Call-outs within office hours (08:00-17:00) Monday to Friday are covered in our Gold contract. Outside of these hours call-out charges apply.
  • Ideal for: Medium use facilities like office buildings or small hotels.

  • 24/7 Rapid response: Dedicated support team available around the clock with Immediate response to all Issues Including non emergencies.
  •  Annual system health report          Detailed annual report outlining system performance, Optimisation recommendations and potential upgrades.
  • 24/7 Emergency support: Available anytime day, night and weekends at no extra charge.
  • Ideal For: High traffic buildings , such as Large commercial  offices, Hospitals, Shopping centres and high rise building where maximum uptime is critical.
